zdoopz(이하 "운영자")는 「네모 : 네모니카 연습 어플」(이하 "앱")을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 알려 드립니다.
1. 앱이 직접 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 원칙적으로 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으나, 웹(PWA) 환경에서 VIP 라이선스 귀속 및 기기 간 복원을 희망하는 이용자에 한하여 선택적으로 소셜 간편 로그인 정보를 처리합니다.
- Google 간편 로그인 (선택): Google 계정 이메일 주소, 회원 식별자(UID) — 목적: VIP 라이선스 1인 1계정 귀속, 폰 변경/재설치 시 자동 복원. 보유 기간: 회원 탈퇴 시 또는 라이선스 유지 기간 동안 보관.
- 연습 기록·설정: 정답률, 연습 내역, 나만의 스택, 키패드 설정 등은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱의 "전체 기록 삭제"를 누르면 지워집니다.
- 문의 메일: 앱의 "기능 추가 요청 / 건의하기"는 이용자의 메일 앱을 엽니다. 이용자가 직접 보낸 경우에만 운영자가 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받으며, 답변 목적으로만 사용하고 문의 처리 후 1년이 지나면 삭제합니다.
2. 앱에 포함된 외부 서비스가 처리하는 정보
앱의 광고·결제·계정 기능은 아래 외부 서비스를 이용합니다. 이 서비스들은 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

한국어 화면에는 쿠팡·토스쇼핑 상품 링크가 표시될 수 있습니다. 링크를 누르면 해당 외부 사이트로 이동하며, 그 이후의 정보 처리는 각 사이트의 방침을 따릅니다. 앱은 이 링크를 통해 개인정보를 전달하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보의 국외 이전
위 외부 서비스는 해외 서버에서 정보를 처리하므로, 앱을 이용하면 다음과 같이 정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 광고 표시와 구매 확인 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 선택
- 맞춤 광고 끄기·광고 ID 재설정: 안드로이드 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고(또는 개인정보 보호 → 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 기기에 저장된 기록 삭제: 앱의 "전체 기록 삭제" 또는 앱 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.
- 구매 관련 정보: 구매 내역 열람·삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 이용자: 앱을 처음 실행할 때 Google 동의 화면에서 맞춤 광고 동의 여부를 고를 수 있으며, 앱 메뉴의 "개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 아래 영어판 "EEA, UK and Switzerland" 항목을 참고해 주세요.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기
문의 메일은 보유 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 운영자가 보관하지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
문의 메일 계정은 운영자 본인만 접근할 수 있도록 관리합니다. 앱과 외부 서비스 사이의 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.

1. Information we collect directly
The app can be used without signing up. For users who optionally choose to link their VIP license across devices, we process social login information via Firebase Authentication.
- Google Sign-In (Optional): Google email address and user identifier (UID) — Purpose: 1-to-1 license binding, automatic restore on new devices. Retention: Stored until account deletion or duration of license.
- Practice records and settings (accuracy, history, custom stacks, keypad settings) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app or using "Reset all records" deletes them.
- Feedback email: the in-app feedback button opens your email app. Only if you send an email do we receive your address and message; we use them only to reply and delete them one year after the inquiry is resolved.

These services process data under their own privacy policies, on servers that may be located in the United States. On Korean-language screens the app may show product links to Coupang or Toss Shopping; tapping one opens that external site, which follows its own policy. The app does not pass personal information through these links.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
4. Your choices
- Personalized ads / Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads).
- On-device records: delete them with "Reset all records" or by uninstalling the app.
- Purchase data: to request access to or deletion of purchase-related data, contact us below.
5. EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
- Legal bases: personalized ads are shown only with your consent, which the app asks for through Google's consent form when it first starts. Non-personalized ads and fraud prevention rely on our legitimate interests; purchase verification and restoration are needed to perform our contract with you.
- Withdrawing consent: you can change or withdraw your consent at any time from "Privacy settings" in the app menu.
- Your rights: you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by contacting us below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- International transfers: Google and RevenueCat may process data in the United States under their own safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Security
Communication between the app and third-party services is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the operator can access our support mailbox.
